New Construction Project progressing on Site

The construction of the bespoke 5-bedroom house in Wiltshire, which I’ve been closely involved with as the Principal Designer, is progressing very well. The build is moving steadily through the scheduled phases with excellent coordination across the teams on site. Thanks to the collective efforts and proactive planning, we remain on track to complete the project before the end of the year. It's been rewarding to see the design vision come to life, and I look forward to sharing more updates as we approach completion.
New planning application submited- Garage in Melksham
A planning application has recently been submitted for a new garage project in Melksham. The design has been developed with careful consideration to complement the existing property and meet local planning requirements. We’re currently awaiting a decision from the local authority and remain optimistic about a positive outcome. I’ll share further updates as soon as we hear back on the application.

A new planning application has been submitted proposing the addition of a third floor to a previously approved development of two semi-detached, two-bedroom houses. This updated proposal aims to increase living space and provide greater flexibility in the layout without altering the building’s footprint.
The application is now under review by the local planning authority, and supporting documents are available for public viewing and comment. If approved, the third floor will enhance the overall functionality of the homes while remaining in keeping with the character of the surrounding area.

The design and full package of construction drawings have been completed for a house extension project in Brislington, which includes a spacious open-plan kitchen and a bathroom remodel—all developed under permitted development rights. The homeowners are now progressing with the building works on site. It’s great to see the project moving from paper to reality, and we're looking forward to seeing the finished result take shape in the coming months.

A full planning drawing package has recently been completed for a house extension and internal reconfiguration project in Taunton. The design includes a redesigned kitchen layout, the creation of a new internal corridor to improve flow through the home, and the addition of a front porch to enhance the property’s entrance.
The proposals have been carefully developed to meet the client’s needs while aligning with local planning considerations. We’re now preparing for the next steps and looking forward to seeing the plans progress.

Great news from Gloucester – planning permission has been approved for the conversion of an existing garage into a self-contained annexe residential unit. The design carefully repurposes the existing structure to provide comfortable and functional living space, offering greater flexibility for the homeowners. It’s a fantastic outcome that reflects a well-considered approach to design and planning, and we’re excited to see the project move forward toward the construction phase.

We’re pleased to share the successful completion of a major redesign project for a bungalow in Melksham.
Planning approval was secured for a comprehensive transformation, which included the addition of a garage, a new upper floor attic with dormer windows, and the integration of solar panels for improved energy efficiency.
Construction is now complete, and the homeowners are happily settled into their newly transformed home. It’s been a rewarding journey from concept to completion, and we’re proud to have played a part in bringing this vision to life.
